Justin Sink is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives of Natura Resources, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business. His professional experience includes over 15 years at ExxonMobil, where he held leadership roles in corporate strategy, technology scouting, and innovation. His work focused on integrating advanced energy technologies into industrial systems and building partnerships across government, research institutions, and the private sector. He joined Natura Resources in 2025 and leads strategy and partnership development efforts to support the company’s transition from research to commercial deployment of advanced nuclear technologies.
