Eric is corporate and securities partner in the Houston office of Winston & Strawn LLP.  For over 20 years he has focused his practice on OFS and midstream mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, including SPACs, and public company governance matters, including ESG and energy transition issues.  He currently represents a broad range of energy related clients, including traditional oil and gas companies, as well as a growing array of renewables and energy transition companies, including companies focused on carbon capture, hydrogen, EV and battery technologies.  He is also co-host of the Oil and Gas Global Network’s Elevate Podcast, which focuses on ESG and energy evolution issues.
