With over 30 years of experience in Oil and Gas Microbial Biotechnology, Bill Lantz is the Founder and CEO of JGL Solutions. Based in DFW, JGL Solutions is a full-service biotechnology company serving the oil and gas, water treatment, and environmental cleanup industries.

Bill’s journey into entrepreneurship was forged through two decades in the oilfield, where he garnered extensive experience in drilling and completions, midstream, and water treatment biotechnology. His expertise and insights from these experiences paved the way for the inception of JGL Solutions in 2006. Since then, he has led the company in the success of a multitude of water treatment jobs, microbial enhanced oil recovery programs, and environmental clean-up endeavors. Beyond these accomplishments, he remains at the forefront of pioneering innovative biotechnology applications across the oil and gas sector.
