Caleb Bloyd is a Senior Facilities Engineer at Chesapeake Energy, an independent energy company engaged in exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas.  His work focuses on produced water management, including developing opportunities to increase piped water and increasing water recycling/reuse in multiple basins across the company.  Previously, Caleb held the position of South Texas Infrastructure Engineer where he was accountable for project management for facility mechanical and electrical construction, produced water pipelines and oil gathering pipelines within the business unit.

He joined Chesapeake in 2012 and worked as a Supervisor for the Alternative Fuels Program with responsibility to maximize opportunities to utilize alternative fuels to power drilling rigs and pressure pumping engines.  Prior to Chesapeake, Caleb was with ConocoPhillips for 4 years, where he held various roles in the Global Supply Chain organization. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.
