Chance has been with Civitas since September 2024, focusing on land and water. Prior to that he was Commercial Water Specialist at Endeavor and has also worked for several other Permian E&P companies including Blue Ox and Diamondback in addition to forming his own oilfield water venture focused on activity in Reeves county. He has over a decade of commercial experience in the oilfield.
