Chris Dopp is a Managing Director in the Middle Market M&A Group at BMO Capital Markets.  He is responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions primarily in the Energy and Industrials sectors.  With over 20 years of experience, Chris has advised management teams, Boards of Directors, private equity firms and family ownership groups on nearly all types of transactions including sell-sides, buy-sides, mergers, divestitures and hostile/activist defense mandates.   He lives in Dallas with his wife and two daughters.
