Mr. Campbell has over 17 years of experience as a civil engineering consultant with a primary focus on industrial land development and water resources.  Mr. Campbell holds Masters Degrees in both Environmental Engineering and Architecture from the University of Florida and Texas Tech University respectively. Mr. Campbell is a current Board Member of the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District and is the Appointed GMA 9 representative on the Region L State Water Planning Group. He has served on the planning group for the last 5 years.  As Vice President at Westward, Mr. Campbell is responsible for the oversight of all engineering, natural resources, and geology projects.
