Damian Rockett is a highly-motivated engineering professional with over 15 years of Project Management and Operations experience in the oil & gas industry. Damian graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Damian currently is the Director of Operations at MBA Energy & Industrial and is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Superintendents that manage the construction of projects through the entire project life cycle.  The design-build project starts with the conceptual design, progresses to a detailed design, moves into the project execution and construction phase, while managing the quality control and schedule, and finally progresses to the closeout phase and commissioning of the site.  Damian worked as a field engineer upon graduation for Schlumberger gaining extensive downhole training and knowledge in well logging and well interpretation.  While at Nabors Drilling he continued to expand on his downhole knowledge while also focusing on Project Management and construction of surface facilities.  Damian is proficient in project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and new concept development. Damian is experienced in gathering complex requirements and translating them into production opportunities. He brings strong technical skills with experience in drilling operations, well construction, well completion, production services, SWD construction, Gas Compressor Station construction, and Crude Oil terminal construction.
