As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Clearwater, Dan Dalton manages all aspects of Keystone’s water-transfer support services, water transfer pipeline construction, and other water transfer services. Mr. Dalton has developed extensive experience in hydrogeology, environmental permitting, and various other geotechnical applications through the completion of many high-profile oil & gas and water infrastructure assignments while employed as a geotechnical consultant.
