Dr. Harich oversees XRI’s operations and business development functions and manages multidisciplinary teams of researchers, engineers, pipeline contractors, drilling rig operators and well completions specialists. He is also responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of XRI’s integrated water resources management plan.
