Mr. Morales is the Director of Product Management for Carbonet Nanotechnologies based in Calgary, AB, Canada. He holds over 25 years of experience across a variety of different industries including Oil Refinery, Upstream Oil Extraction, and Power Generation. Ivan has worked in four different countries and is knowledgeable of the water business market and oil and gas industry within Canada, United States of America, Mexico, and Venezuela. He continues to serve on the Executive Committee Leadership Team with the International Water Conference, USA. He also was appointed for the Produced Water Society Board of Directors, and recently was asked to support the Produced Water Task group in the Association of Water Technologies (AWT).

Mr. Morales holds a BSc. In Materials Engineer from the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary in Canada.
