Mr. Anderson is Chief Executive Officer of Layne Water Midstream (LWM), a company he founded in 2016. LWM is a leading water midstream company with significant full cycle water infrastructure in the Permian Basin.  LWM was purchased in 2018 by Post Oak Energy Capital and Genesis Park who provided a $200 million equity commitment to continue to fund LWM’s growth.  Today, LWM operates in the Permian Basin with over 200 miles of water pipelines, more than 300,000 bpd of disposal capacity, water storage and recycling capabilities and 100,000 producer acres dedicated to LWM for water handling.

Mr. Anderson has been in the water and energy business over the past 20 years, serving in a variety of executive management roles including Chief Financial Officer of Layne Christensen, a 140-year old water infrastructure and services company, Chief Financial Officer of Southcross Energy Partners, an MLP engaged in natural gas gathering and processing, Chief Financial Officer of Exterran Holdings and Exterran Partners, a global market leader in natural gas compression and services, and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Azurix Corp., a global owner and operator of water and wastewater assets.

Mr. Anderson began his career with JPMorgan Chase as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions after earning his undergraduate degree in business from Texas Tech University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
