Jason Jennaro is Executive Vice President – Water Infrastructure Chief Executive Officer at Select Energy Services. Previously he was CEO of Breakwater Energy Partners (“Breakwater”), which was recently acquired by Select. Breakwater was one of the leading providers of integrated water management and recycling solutions in the oilfield. In 2020, Breakwater permitted and developed the largest commercial produced water recycling facility in the Permian Basin.
Prior to Breakwater, Mr. Jennaro founded the shale-focused oilfield logistics business at Twin Eagle Resource Management. This division, known as Twin Eagle Sand Logistics (“TESL”), grew to be one of the largest rail-to-shale logistic providers in the US. Prior to TESL, Mr. Jennaro served at Lehman Brothers in New York City as Vice President of the Commodity Principal Investment Group and was involved in numerous M&A and financing transactions in the energy and natural resources spaces. Mr. Jennaro was also an active member of the Lehman Brothers’ Global Climate Change Council.
He holds master’s degrees from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He also received bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Mr. Jennaro serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast & Louisiana. He lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and two boys.
