Jennifer Dorethy joined Marathon Oil in April 2019, with a focus on Operations, she was responsible for securing frac water supply and water takeaway across the Northern Delaware and later Oklahoma basins. In her current role as the Water Category Manager in Global Supply Chain, Jennifer oversees all water related project execution and commercial agreements in support of Marathon’s operation in Oklahoma and Northern Delaware – from supply to disposal and everything in between. Jennifer brings a unique perspective to her role. Prior to Marathon, she held various titles in the Midstream sector, and was introduced to the water space during her time at Summit Midstream where she oversaw water gathering in the Bakken.
