Kirby Lindsey is Vice President, Strategic Projects at Occidental Oil & Gas Corporation. He is a Senior Executive with over two decades of oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) leadership across USA and Middle East onshore and offshore developments. For the past 20 years, he has been employed by Occidental (Oxy) and has worked and lived in the USA, UAE, Qatar and Oman, partnering with host governments and National Oil Companies (NOC), including Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Qatar Petroleum (QP) and Oman Oil on E&P and JV programs.
