Mr. Kidder holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with Minors in Chemistry and Biology and has spent decades in the Oil and Gas, Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Water Treatment, and Water Infrastructure markets.  Before joining ALL, Mark was the Global Business Manager over Schlumberger’s Water Treatment and Management Division, responsible for all aspects of the upstream produced water enterprise across the globe. He led a team that was responsible for developing upstream water management for frac operations, as well as conducted over 125 treatment technology evaluations that were technically and economically evaluated for their projected efficacy to treat widely varying qualities of produced water across the globe.  Mark also led the strategic development and implementation of Schlumberger’s xWATER Program in 2014 which was the first of its kind to widely deploy salt-tolerant frac fluid chemistries, eliminating the need for the desalination of produced water.  Today,  the xWATER program is still actively deployed across the entire SLB enterprise.
