Michael has over 30 years of experience on the finance side of the energy industry where he has been a Best on the Street Oil & Gas equity analyst before jumping into investment banking working with a large number of corporate clients. During his career as a research analyst, he has been responsible for commodity price forecasts and identifying trends that shape energy sector investments. On the investment banking side, he has been involved in over 250 debt and equity offerings or advisory transactions that aggregate in excess of $40 billion.
