Susquehanna River Basin Commission

Mike College is the Surface Water Supervisor of the Susquehanna River Basin Commission’s (SRBC’s) Project Review Program where he oversees surface water withdrawal, consumptive, and diversion permit reviews. Prior to joining SRBC in 2014, Mike worked as a consultant for over 10 years in land development and municipal engineering. Mike has been a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania since 2009.
