Mike Klayman is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Scotiabank and has responsibility for the firm’s U.S. Midstream practice.  He has been an energy banker for 18 years and previously worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.  Mike has been particularly active in the water sector, having successfully executed seven advisory transactions since 2019 by advising water midstream operators, oil and gas producers, and financial investors on either the acquisition or divestiture of water infrastructure.
