Nikolaos (Nikos) Salmatanis is a Leak Detection Engineer with Chevron Technical Center serving as a subject matter expert in pipeline and facility leak detection and the application of Loss of Containment technologies across the Enterprise.  Nikos holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and is an active member of AIChE, ASME, and is the Technical Committee Chair and Leak Detection Lead for Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) Surveillance Operations Monitoring Technical Committee.  He has 26 years in the industry and related fields, with 21 being at Chevron.
