Patrick Knapp is an energy partner in the Dallas office of Jackson Walker LLP.  His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financings, complex commercial transactions, and litigation strategies for midstream, downstream, oilfield services, and commodity financial services companies.  His experience extends to virtually all forms of petroleum commodity marketing and logistics, including pipelines, terminals, gathering and processing facilities, rail and maritime shipping, truck transportation, blending, refining, and saltwater disposal.  Previously, as in-house counsel, he oversaw safety, operations, and the successful sale of Bridger Environmental, a South Texas saltwater disposal and logistics provider.
