Phillip is currently manager, integrated services at Civitas Resources in Midland TX. He has >15 years of experience in unconventional shale. He joined Blue Ox Resources in 2021 upon it’s formation as Vice President and General Manager Permian Basin. Prior to that, Phillip joined Primexx in 2017 where he focused on leveraging technologies from OFS to increase surface efficiencies & well productivity. Along with Drilling & Completions responsibilities, Phillip was the Manager of Midstream there. Prior to Primexx, Phillip held various business development roles at Halliburton across drilling, completions, water and productions product service lines.  Phillip graduated with a BA from Northwestern State University.
