Mr. McNeely has over 15 years of finance and leadership experience and has served as Vice President, Finance since June 2019.  Mr. McNeely joined WaterBridge in April 2018 as Director of Finance, where he established the team that successfully led WaterBridge through a series of formative acquisitions and capital transactions.  Prior to WaterBridge, Mr. McNeely served as an investment banker with Citigroup, where he advised energy clients on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MA in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a BS in Computational Mathematics from the University of California, Riverside. Upon graduation, Mr. McNeely served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and Intelligence Community professional.
