Stefanie Asher is the Permian Realization Manager for ExxonMobil Unconventional.  In this role, she is responsible for supporting XTO’s Produced Water Management strategy at scale throughout the Permian. Stefanie’s career with ExxonMobil spans 15 years, starting in the Upstream Research Company and progressing through a variety of roles such as Pipeline Integrity Lead, Planning, and Engineering Supervisor.
