Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in midstream finance and corporate development. Mr. Jones was most recently the founder and CEO of Core Midstream LLC. Previously, he co-founded and served as EVP and CFO of PennTex Midstream Partners LLC, a gathering and processing-focused midstream company with platforms in the Delaware Basin of West Texas and the Cotton Valley play in Louisiana. While at PennTex, he led the initial public offering of PennTex Midstream Partners, L.P (NASDAQ: PTXP). Prior to PennTex, he was Managing Director of midstream investment banking at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. He has also held positions at Lehman Brothers and El Paso Corporation. Mr. Jones earned a B.S. in math and economics from Tulane University.
