Todd Reynolds is the President of Earthtone Mitigation Solutions (EMS), a Partnership between GeoATX, LLC and Earthtone Monitoring Systems, LLC. Reynolds career spans 38 years with extensive experience analyzing geologic data, seismic data and regulatory data in multiple producing basins. His experience includes; seismic interpretation, seismic survey design and acquisition, and seismic attribute analysis. Reynolds technical career has focused on the interpretation of seismic data for the discovery and development of oil and gas reservoirs and for the characterization of saltwater injection sites. Prior to forming EMS he served as a Managing Director at the consulting firm FTI Platt Sparks (6 years); as the President of TWR Exploration (15 years) and Vice President of Exploration for United Oil and Minerals (15 years). Reynolds has testified as an expert witness before the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Louisiana Office of Conservation, the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division and in many litigation proceedings in several states in the US.

Reynolds received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Geophysics from The University of Texas at Austin in 1985. He is a member the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and the Seismological Society of America (SSA).
