Walter Dale is the Director of Oil and Gas at CHEMTREAT, a leader in providing unique chemistry and application expertise for Midstream Water applications.   Walter has a BS in Chemistry from Stephen F Austin and has over 20 years of leadership in water treatment, Midstream Water and Oil and Gas.   Prior to ChemTreat, Walter served as Strategic Business Manager for Halliburton Water solutions  where he was one of the early leaders developing infrastructure and technologies for Midstream Water.  He has also served as General Manager of Canada for GE Water and Process where he worked on design build own operate projects in the Oil Sands. Walter is known as leader for his many industry speeches on sustainability for frac recycle economics and technologies.  In addition, Walter has also served as a registered lobbyist in Canada and the US where he worked on advancing the sustainable message for the Oil Sands and Shale Plays.
