Mr. Bernitsky serves as Vice President of Bison Water Midstream, where he leads water midstream operations, commercial execution, and strategic initiatives. He previously held the role of Vice President of Finance and Project Management at Bison Energy Services and built his career foundation at PwC’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, advising energy and infrastructure clients on transactions ranging from several hundred million to multiple billions of dollars. Mr. Bernitsky holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Energy Finance and Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
