Will Harvey is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Solaris, where he leads mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital formation activities. He brings over 11 years of energy and investing experience to the company. Prior to joining Solaris, Will worked at Knighthead Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund where he researched and invested in public and private oil and gas companies. Before joining Knighthead, he worked at Denham Capital, a $7+ billion global energy and commodities private equity firm, and at Greenhill & Co., an investment bank focused on M&A across the spectrum of the oil and gas industry. Will received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
