Select has entered into an agreement to acquire Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. for total consideration of approximately $45 million, including the assumption of approximately $20 million of long-term debt, net of cash. Seneca Resources' Water Management Group To Recover Minerals From PW

Highland Field Services, Seneca Resources' water management subsidiary, has received a critical component of its Seven Mile Minerals Facility. The facility, located in McKean County, Pennsylvania, will recover minerals and other beneficial use products from produced fluid. A 115-ton evaporator arrived at the facility by train. It will turn produced fluid into clean steam and create water for reuse during operations - reducing the impact on natural water resources by minimizing the need for freshwater.

Mountain Valley Pipeline clears water-quality board in Virginia

The water application approved by the Virginia board on Tuesday includes 428 surface water impact locations, including 315 that would temporarily impact streams as well as two permanent impacts on streams and other temporary and permanent wetland impacts, according to the application.
