Earthquakes continue to shake up Permian Basin

Discussing the swarm of earthquakes of 2.5 magnitude or greater last week around Loving and Winkler counties, Justin Rubinstein with the US Geological Survey told the Reporter-Telegram it’s hard to say the cause of the specific earthquakes.
