Five Point-backed WaterBridge eyes up to $2.3 billion valuation in US IPO

WaterBridge is seeking a valuation of up to $2.28 billion in its initial public offering in the U.S., the oilfield water management company said on Monday, underscoring strengthening momentum in the new listings market.

WaterBridge Infrastructure Sets Terms For $500mm IPO

The Houston, TX-based company plans to raise $500 million by offering 27 million shares at a price range of $17 to $20. At the midpoint of the proposed range, WaterBridge Infrastructure would command a fully diluted market value of $2.1 billion.
