HydroEdge Solutions Acquires Majority Interest in RES Water, Creating the Appalachian Basin's Premier Full-Cycle Water Management Platform

Huge deal in northeast water management... the combined platform operates five Pennsylvania water facilities with approximately 700,000 barrels of storage and up to 116,000 barrels per day of processing capacity.

Oklahoma Oil Company Plugs Disposal Well That Posed Threat to City’s Drinking Water

The disposal well, named the Flying Monkey, injected oil field wastewater underground and sat roughly a quarter-mile from two municipal groundwater supply sites that served the small city of Enid in northwest Oklahoma.

SRBC Approved 35 Shale Gas Well Pad Water Use Permits in August

The SRBC published a notice in the September 26th Pennsylvania Bulletin that the SRBC approved and/or renewed 35 general water use permits in August for individual shale gas well drilling pads in Bradford, Clinton, Elk, Lycoming, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, and Wyoming counties.
