The company has acquired, through a related entity, substantially all of the assets of Fluid Delivery Solutions LLC. FDS is one of the nation’s largest water transfer companies and will give Blue Quail a footprint in the Eagle Ford and Haynesville shales in South and East Texas and the Marcellus and Utica Basins in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
