LandBridge bulks up with Delaware Basin acquisitions

The Houston-based company recently closed its acquisition of approximately 5,800 largely contiguous surface acres in Lea County, New Mexico. At about the same time, the company has agreed to acquire approximately 46,000 largely contiguous surface acres known as the Wolf Bone Ranch in Reeves County from a subsidiary of VTX Energy Partners for $245 million in cash.
