Thank you to everyone that participated last week in the 3rd Annual Marcellus Shale Water Business Update in Pittsburgh. It was a productive time with very strong E&P operator participation and support (operators controlling 2/3rds of the Appalachian rig count were represented). Here is a photo gallery.

LandBridge's First Earnings Report As A Public Company

The stock has done great since the IPO several weeks ago, and their earnings report sent it even higher. Surface Use Royalties and Revenue increased 55% sequentially, primarily driven by an increase in produced water royalty volumes from 357 MBbls/d to 628 MBbls/d. Revenue from Resource Sales and Royalties increased 28% sequentially, primarily driven by improved unit pricing on brackish water sales and royalty volumes.
