CASE STUDY CALL-OUT
This unique sponsorship provides the sponsor with the opportunity to address the conference attendees for up to 5 minutes, discussing a case study, white paper, or other relevant announcement. Sponsor can use slides, video, or handouts.
COFFEE
Sponsorship credit for the coffee along with sponsor logo (co-branded with Oilfield Water Connection) on coffee mugs provided to all attendees.
RECEPTION
Ranch Water Reception Sponsorship provides drinks at reception served in sponsor-logo’d glassware for attendees. The following day, glassware provided to attendees to keep.
WIFI
Sponsorship credit on signage at the conference for sponsoring the WiFi, with the option to provide the network name and password.
NOTEBOOK
Notebooks co-branded with sponsor logo and Oilfield Water Connection logo placed at every seat in the meeting room prior to the start of the conference.
KICK-OFF
Sponsor allowed to put information out at every seat in the general session room prior to the conference start.
LUNCH
Put information out at every seat in the meeting space while attendees are at the plated lunch, so they see the information upon return, as well as lunch sponsorship signage in the hall during the plated lunch.
